Sarsha Coffee Co. was founded by Sarah and Shannon, whose story began on West 71st Street in New York City, where they grew up next door to one another.

They were not born sisters.

But from the earliest days, their lives unfolded side by side—moving between apartments, sharing routines, and building a connection that would come to define them both.

Over time, that connection became something enduring.

They became chosen sisters.

Sarsha is an expression of that bond.
